Datorită rezistenței termice cuprinse între -100 °C / +80 °C, elementele poliuretanice nu suferă fisuri la fluctuațiile provocate de sistemele de climatizare din sălile de festivități. Greutatea redusă a pieselor decorative reduce considerabil sarcina mecanică exercitată pe pereții din gips-carton sau zidărie clasică, comparativ cu stucatura tradițională din ipsos. Finisarea finală presupune aplicarea vopselelor acrilice sau lavabile pe bază de apă, după o amorsare corespunzătoare a suprafețelor poliuretanice pretencuite din fabrică. Pentru accentele metalice sau folia aurie aplicată pe profile, suprafața este degresată complet cu alcool izopropilic.
